This easy to make chutney goes great as a delicious topping for brie or as a great accompaniment to pork chops or chicken breasts.
Melt 1 Tbs. butter in a heavy bottom saucepan over medium heat.
Add apple and cranberries and sugar and cook down for about 5 minutes or until cranberries start to pop.
Reduce heat and add blueberries, pecans, and rest of ingredients.
Simmer on low for another 10 minutes.
