Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When will I be charged for my purchase?
To ensure your berries are picked, packed and delivered ASAP we will charge your payment method immediately after your order is placed.

Can I cancel my order?
Because we’re picking, packing and shipping your FullBlues very rapidly to ensure you’re receiving the freshest berries, we cannot cancel an order after it is placed.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our fresh fruit products, we do not accept returns.

Shipping

When does my order ship and when can I expect to receive it?
Our berries are picked, packed and shipped rapidly to ensure we’re sending the freshest blueberries to our consumers within 72 hours of being picked. Each order is packed with insulation and biodegradable cooling packs to keep your berries fresh. We ship via FedEx for delivery within 1-2 business days.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is included for all orders to addresses in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.

How do you get berries from farm to table so quickly? How do you ship your berries and guarantee consistent freshness?
We currently ship only to New Jersey, New York and Connecticut to ensure our customers are receiving fresh berries. Stay tuned on our website and social media to see our expansion plans!

My berries haven’t arrived after 3 days—what do I do?

Where are FullBlues available for shipping?
We currently ship only to New Jersey, New York and Connecticut to ensure our customers are receiving fresh berries.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
Due to the size of our packages and their fresh blueberry contents we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

I can't accept packages at home. Do you have any pick-up locations?
You can find our blueberries at select grocers in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

What is the shelf life of my berries?
If stored properly in your refrigerator, your berries should stay fresh for up to 2-3 weeks.

How do I store my berries to keep them at their best?
We recommend you store your berries in the refrigerator right after you unpack them when they are delivered. No need to wash them before you put them in the fridge. Just keep them cold to keep them fresh.

How and when should I wash my berries?
We recommend you store your FullBlues in the refrigerator immediately after unpacking them. When you're ready to enjoy your berries, rinse them under cold water before consuming.

Where are FullBlues grown?
FullBlue blueberries are grown in Lacey Township, New Jersey, and on our rooftop farm in Long Island City, New York. Stay tuned for our westward expansion.
