Our Cultivars
Each of our cultivars has their own unique flavor profile, growth cycle, and climate preferences, nurtured into ripeness year-round by the FullBlue 360 growing process. It’s time to discover your favorite.
Duke
Duke berries are probably the most popular cultivar in the blueberry state itself, New Jersey. Our FullBlue Dukes are big as a quarter, juicy and delicious, and taste just like a citrus bomb on the back end.
Top Shelf
We’re the first farm to grow Top Shelf blueberries in New Jersey since they typically thrive in warmer climates, but these plump, round berries are more than worth the trouble. If you picked blueberries when you were little and you can remember that sweet, juicy taste, then you’re going to love Top Shelf.
Legacy
Oh boy, are these good. Legacy tends to be an uncooperative plant, traditionally producing smaller berries at a lower yield. But these little berries pack a BIG flavor punch, with a crunch and sweetness that has even blueberry haters coming back for seconds.
Blue Ribbon
The largest berry on the farm, Blue Ribbon berries taste like a Georgia Peach. Between their large size and incredible flavor, there’s no question how they earned their name. Tiffany often brings Blue Ribbons on tastings, where they “just get inhaled.”
Last Call
Like the name suggests, Last Call berries are our last pick of the season. They have never been harvested in New Jersey before, but we just couldn’t resist their big, sweet-tart crunch. This cultivar allows us to extend our growing season, so while all the other farmers are enjoying the beach, we’re still delivering delicious FullBlues directly to your door.
From our farms to your table in less than 72 hours.
